The Exciting Prospects · Jan 5, 12:38 AM

The new year finds me at a new job in a new city. I live 5 minutes from downtown Newport, 50 minutes from Providence, 100 minutes from Boston, and 250 minutes from NY, NY. This is going to be an exciting winter bursting full of tales told and stories of urban exploration.

Quickly, Batman, to the bus station.

  1. Thanks for coming down and making time to see us Tom. It is always great talking with you again.

Glad that you are up there. That just give us an excuse to go up and see you and hit NY at the same time. Plans for seeing NY have been in effect for like two years now, but never have the money or time to do it.

    Overall, no much to say.
I just want to post on your blog to say that I give a damn.
    Later. ;-) Yin    Jan 6, 11:59 AM    #

  2. Hey! Katie and I have dibs on you first, Yin! DC has fun stuff too! JFu    Jan 6, 08:30 PM    #

  3. I’m sure Yin would be more than happy to stop overnight at your place on his way up to visit historic downtown Newport and the Big Gay Apple. Tom    Jan 8, 02:17 AM    #

  4. Newport is sooo cool. I used to work for a company based in North Kingston so I’ve nosed about a bit in that part of the world. Lucky you! Mark    Jan 12, 03:15 PM    #
