Morning: walked up and down and all around the historic “point”, taking many—several hundred—pictures of houses and flowers. Got too much sun. Check out the results.

Afternoon: biked all over town, hung out at the Touro Park watching white guys doing Japanese sword work.

Evening: Matsuriza Taiko Group at the International Tennis Hall of Fame.

Night: around town with two new hostellers, including a guy excited to hear we have DDR machines in town, followed by a long conversation with a newport resident and a couple down from Canada, with good conversation on reversible computing, chemistry, photography, teaching, and real estate.
