Nothing is better than coming home from a F***ING heavy stress day at work than getting a call out of the blue from a gay couple renting a basement room in a log cabin literally a stone’s throw from the Jamestown bridge in North Kingstown.

Well, maybe puppies. And not being eaten alive by doubt and remorse for all the things I didn’t do and living in regret for things I did that I must stand up to and eat the bitter consequences thereof in this self-imposed cage of my life knowing that it’s self-imposed and yet refusing freedom with no end in sight. And cold beer.
